Daša joined the Seiradake Lab as a research assistant in September 2025. She is involved in research of cell guidance receptors using her neurobiology background while broadening her insight into biochemistry and structural biology. Previously, Daša obtained her MSci in Neuroscience from the University of Glasgow. During her degree, she completed a placement year in the Craig Lab, where she worked on a project focused on developing a novel in vitro model of Alzheimer’s disease using organotypic cultures. This project was carried out in collaboration with the Wierenga Research Group in Nijmegen, Netherlands, and the Edgar Research Group in Glasgow.
