Advanced protein biochemistry techniques are requred to produce complex cell surface proteins. We express most of our target proteins using large scale mammalian cell expression systems. We use biophysical techniques such as multi-angle light scattering, surface plasmon resonance and mass spectrometry to characterise our proteins in vitro.
