Macha Trembley

Macha joined the lab for her Master's degree project in neurobiology, as a visiting researcher from Grenoble (France). She works on the structure and the biological properties of adhesion proteins in brain development. Previously, she took part in a project focusing on the characterization of an immune receptor, the macrophage galactose-type lectin, at the Institute of Structural Biology in Grenoble. There she performed biophysical and biochemical studies to elucidate the functions of this protein.
